The Project
The MASCOT project is a collaboration between the University of Malta, Aġenzija Sapport and Seifert Systems Ltd. Malta to create smart, inclusive and sustainable workstations.
These workstations will use advanced technology to help persons with disability carry out manual tasks like assembling products in factories.
The Goal
The goal of MASCOT is to support companies in building workstations that are accessible to everyone.
Using the latest Industry 5.0 technology, these workstations are built to be efficient and inclusive, enabling persons with disability to work safely and confidently in manufacturing.
Experts and persons with disability are directly involved in the design, making sure real needs are met every step of the way.
